Introduction\n\n* This year's General Assembly took place a bit later than planned; from next year on it will be held in Q2 again.\n* **7 voting members** were present, and votes were cast through the club's management app (anonymous voting available). Resolutions pass by simple majority, regardless of how many voting members are present.\n* Four resolutions were on the agenda: club rules, fee structure, board confirmation, and the Space Bonus proposal.\n\n---\n\n### 2. Space Bonus\n\n* 10% (up to €5) of a membership fee can be used as credit within the space (e.g. for drink donations).\n* The board may adjust this percentage at any time, within a range of 0–20%.\n* Unused credit expires at the end of each month.\n* The vote covered the idea itself, not the specific percentage.\n\n**Passed unanimously**\n\n---\n\n### 6. Organizational Stuff\n\n* Discussion regarding website CMS: Directus was chosen with a static website backup plan\n* OpenProject vs NextCloud Deck: Switching to OpenProject as our internal project management tool\n* node-K Sign for our Space: Felix has been working on a Design for a large node-K sign.
