Meeting 28th July 2026

1. Mini Founding Celebration

• The club marked one month of having paying members with a small celebration.

2. Location Update

• Makerspace: Drawers are currently being worked on.
• Basement at the station building: Not very attractive as an option — no heating, no included electricity, and less space.
• Future idea: A shared location together with other clubs (such as MiMa) — something like a joint cultural center.

3. Insurance

• An offer is on the table.
• Details are still being clarified, and requests are also going out to other providers for comparison.

4. Projects

• Design System v1.0 is now live on Git. The website, wiki, and other properties will be migrated onto this system.
• NFC Rally at Linux Day: Plans for 5–20 NFC readers in different designs. Visitors will get tags to check in at every station, possibly with on-site personalization — and maybe even as a fidget spinner.
• Terminal Game Engine by Skunky: Will also be shown at Linux Day, possibly running on an arcade machine. Follow the project on Git.

5. Infrastructure

• The club now has its own server.
• Infrastructure will be migrated once it's properly set up and secured.

6. Opening Party with SUC

• Planning is underway — more details to follow.

7. General Assembly

• The General Assembly is set for 25th August 2026. Written invitations are going out.
