The official opening celebration of node-K at Makerspace Carinthia brought together the community for a summer evening of barbecue, music, and a shared new start.

node-K held its General Assembly, passing the club rules and fee structure, confirming the board, and introducing a new Space Bonus.

A small celebration marks one month of paying members, an insurance offer is on the table, and the Design System v1.0 is live.

node-K is moving chat over to Matrix, membership fees start in July, and the club is weighing several new locations including Makerspace.

node-K is officially founded, planning a Saturday cleanup at SUC, and ranking an old warehouse as their top future location.

We signed off the statutes and founded the club. We also talked about the next steps and how we want to organize ourselves.

The first version of our statutes is ready - we are still looking for people for key roles and welcome pre-registrations.
